Lisa Batiashvili has an exciting year ahead, starting off in Paris, where she will perform Brahms’s Violin Concerto with Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France under Markus Stenz (February 1), followed by performances of Prokofiev’s Violin Concerto with the Gewandhaus Orchester, Leipzig, under Alan Gilbert (February 7 and 8).
