On October 24, Lisa Batiashvili plays Saint-Saëns’ Violin Concerto No. 3 with the Stavanger Symphony Orchestra at the Stavanger Konserthus, with Lionel Bringuier leading the orchestra. Additionally, the program also offers Dukas’ The Sorcerer’s Apprentice and Rachmaninov’s Symphony No. 2.

She then departs on an Asian tour with Yannick Nézet-Séguin conducting The Philadelphia Orchestra. The three performances take place on November 1 in Taipei, November 3 in Kyoto and November 4 in Tokyo. Ms. Batiashvili plays Tchaikovsky’s Violin Concerto, paired with Mahler’s Symphony No. 5.

Afterwards, she rejoins frequent collaborator Daniel Barenboim and the Staatskapelle Berlin on November 11 and 12 for Saint-Saëns’ Concerto for Violin No. 3 and his Symphony No. 3, with Christian Schmitt as the organ soloist.
